Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your curls, but if a product isn't the right fit for your hair type, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure products are lightly used or unopened to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your Only Curls products in their original shipping box or a similar protective mailer to prevent leaking during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team processes your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
